In 1986, Carol Boivin opened New Outlooks Salon starting with 2 chairs and 1 employee. The business steadily grew as her client base appreciated her friendly interest in them as well as her keen eye for fashion trends in hair. More space was eventually needed so she and her husband built the current location on Massachusetts Avenue in 2002 and the doors opened in February.

 

New Outlooks is a Paul Mitchell Focused Salon. You will find it a place which is constantly evolving in style. Our staff is being continually  educated on the latest trends. We are committed to providing quality services.
